Music Magic Info
John has been involved in music, well ... just about all of his life. From
preschool days of hearing his Mom's songs on radio, TV and church choir;
piano lessons at age six; performing at State in high school band; entertaining
as keyboard player in rock and roll bands; to starting and running a successful
retail stereo, album and tape business. This musical depth and experience
from the beginning to the present has honed John's skills to deliver a quality
performance to you.
John started DJ work doing clubs and weddings in the late 90's. As the
demand for him grew, John went full-time in 2003. He has entertained at
wedding receptions with 40 people to corporate parties with 600 guests,
occupying three floors of a banquet facility. The most often heard comment
from John's clients is his ability to have a sense of what their guests want, and
then he delivers it. "No matter how large or small your event is, the personal
touch is never lost."
Without exception, all of the brides and grooms, their families and the
members of the wedding party speak highly of John. Someone is always
coming up to John at his events to ask for his business card for future plans or
to refer him to a friend or co-worker. "The biggest rewards are the comments
from the guests who go out of their way to stop by and tell me that I did a good
job and how much they have enjoyed themselves."
My Comments
I work for myself as opposed to being a contractor hired through some out of
state agency. When you call me, it isn't necessary to dial 1-800 first because
my number is a local number. You are talking to the one who will be at your
event. You will get to know me from the initial contact.
Often clients get a call from a stranger at the last minute introducing
themselves as the DJ from "ABC Company," the agency that you contacted
months ago. Instead of being the salesman you talked to, this is a contractor
that the agency has located and assigned to you.
Your event is important to you. Your wedding is extremely important for it is a
once in a lifetime event. Becoming familiar with your DJ and working with him
and allowing time to review and make changes needs far more attention than
a phone call a week before the event. Almost all functions require time for
planning and need a personal touch far in advance of the date of the event.
Thank you for visiting my website and taking the time to read about me. I hope
I get the chance to talk to you and I look forward to building a working
relationship with you in helping you plan your event.
